There's no place like home for Rockledge, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Friday. Everything went their way against the Viera Hawks on Tuesday as they made off with a 9-2 victory. Considering the Raiders have won nine games by more than five runs this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

Rockledge has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 14-7 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 12.8 runs over those games. As for Viera, their defeat dropped their record down to 14-8.

Coming up, Rockledge will be playing at home against Eau Gallie at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. The two teams have allowed few runs on average (the Raiders 3.9, the Commodores 2) so any runs scored will be well earned. As for Viera, they wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next contest, a 9-7 victory against Heritage on the 2nd.
