D'Iberville faced West Harrison in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Friday. The Warriors enjoyed a cozy  25-7 victory over the Hurricanes. The  win was just business as usual for the Warriors, who after six games remain undefeated  this season.
Leading D'Iberville to victory were  Jordan Walley and  Chan Harvey.  Walley rushed for 70 yards and a pair of  touchdowns, while  Harvey rushed for 107 yards and one  score. Those  70  rushing yards gave  Walley a new career-high.  Malakai Knight did his part to keep the secondary busy, picking up 80  receiving yards.
 They were just one part of a punishing run game: D'Iberville was unstoppable on the ground and  finished the game with 233  rushing yards. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as West Harrison only  rushed for 86.
D'Iberville's record is now 6-0. As for West Harrison, their  defeat was their first of the  season and  makes their record 5-1.
 D'Iberville wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next  contest,  a  42-21  loss against Ocean Springs on the 10th. As for West Harrison, they have also already played their next matchup,  an  18-0  victory against Harrison Central on the 9th.
