Tysean Perkins Drops League-Best Effort on Friday
Starting off the list is North Lawndale's Tysean Perkins, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. Perkins rushed for 150 yards and two touchdowns on only six carries, and also threw for 30 yards and a touchdown.

Chicago Sullivan Wins Seventh-Straight Thanks to Lawerence Benson
Lawerence Benson was instrumental in extending Chicago Sullivan's winning streak to seven on Friday. Benson made four total tackles. The performance also marked the most rushing yards (148) he has had since back in October of 2023. He showed off some serious burst, cutting through the defense on one rush that went for 58 yards.
