The Bronson Vikings scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Tuesday. They claimed a resounding 72-37 win over Reading at home. Winning may never get old, but Bronson sure is getting used to it with their fifth in a row.
Bronson was led to victory by Boston Bucklin and Kamron Brackett. Bucklin scored 14 points along with seven rebounds, while Brackett scored 18 points along with six assists and five rebounds. Brackett is crushing the steal category: he's posted at least two every time he's taken the court this season. Another player making a difference was Warner Wotta, who scored seven points along with three steals.
Despite the loss, Reading still got an impressive performance from Nathan Robbins, who scored 13 points along with two steals.
Bronson has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight contests, which provided a nice bump to their 11-3 record this season. As for Reading, they have not been sharp recently as the team's lost six of their last seven matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-11 record this season.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Bronson will face off against the Yellowjackets at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Hopefully Concord focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 11 on Tuesday. As for Reading, they will head out on the road to challenge the Orioles at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Quincy is coming into the match on a four-game losing streak.
