Leading Estrella Foothills to victory were Nemo Sidhu and Alina Bowden. Sidhu scored 20 points, while Bowden scored 22 points along with eight rebounds and five steals. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Bowden has scored all season. Another player making a difference was Eva Amenhauser, who scored eight points along with 12 rebounds and eight assists.
The victory makes it two in a row for Estrella Foothills and bumps their season record up to 20-3. As for Peoria, their loss ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 14-6.
Estrella Foothills will take on Agua Fria at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Agua Fria is hoping to put an end to a three-game streak of away losses. As for Peoria, they will head out on the road to take on Deer Valley at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Deer Valley will be looking to extend their current six-game winning streak.
