San Dieguito Academy's loss was their ninth straight at home dating back to last season, which bumped their record down to 4-13. That rough patch can't be blamed on the team's offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 54.6 points per game. As for La Jolla, their win bumped their record up to 13-8.
San Dieguito Academy will play host again and welcome Carlsbad, where tip off is scheduled for 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Carlsbad knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with flashy point totals in its past eight matchups -- so hopefully San Dieguito Academy likes a good challenge.
