Softball Recap: Junction City Wins Going Away Against Poyen

Junction City made up a huge gap compared to their last game against Poyen, but they still couldn't quite topple them. The Dragons' pitchers stepped up to hand the Indians a 16-0 shutout on Tuesday. The contest marked the Dragons' most dominant win of the season.

Junction City moved to 4-9 with that victory, which also ended their three-game losing streak. As for Poyen, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-7.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Junction City will face off against rival Fordyce at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Poyen is set to take on their familiar foe Parkers Chapel at 4:30 p.m. on Friday.
