Girard got a massive performance out of James Kibbe, who went 3-for-5 with four RBI, two runs, and one stolen base. Those four RBI gave Kibbe a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Mason Kalicky, who got on base in four of his five plate appearances with four runs and one stolen base.
They weren't the only ones making solid contact: Girard kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 12 hits. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as North East only managed five hits.
