On Thursday, The North Hall Trojans''s game was all tied up 7-7 at the half, but luckily for them it didn't stay that way. They came out on top against Cedar Shoals by a score of 24-14. The victory made it back-to-back wins for North Hall.
North Hall found their leader in underclassman Parker Carlton, who rushed for 88 yards and a touchdown. Tanner Marsh and his 97 yards on the ground were also a key factor in North Hall's win.
Cedar Shoals' loss came despite strong showings from Anthony Hubbard and Kayden Scott. Hubbard rushed for 97 yards and a touchdown on only 11 carries, while Scott gained 86 total yards and a touchdown.
North Hall's victory bumped their record up to 7-2. As for Cedar Shoals, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-6.
North Hall will be playing in front of their home fans against East Forsyth at 7:30 p.m. on November 3rd. East Forsyth is coming into the game on a three-game losing streak. Cedar Shoals does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
