Apex Friendship won the last time they faced Cary and things went their way on Monday too. The Patriots were the clear victors by a 7-1 margin over the Imps. Considering Apex Friendship have won eight matches by more than two goals this season, Monday's blowout was nothing new.

Their offense was hitting Cary from everywhere, as six different players booted in a goal. Paige Frasz led that balanced group of strikers and accounted for two goals all by herself.

Apex Friendship is on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six games. That's provided a massive bump to their 14-5-2 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 32 goals over those six contests. As for Cary, they dropped their record down to 2-17 with the defeat, which was their third straight on the road.
