Pojoaque Valley lost to Espanola Valley  on Tuesday, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Tuesday. The Elks/Elkettes blew past the Sundevils 17-8.

 They weren't the only ones making solid contact: Pojoaque Valley  kept the outfield on their toes and  finished the game with 16  hits. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now  got at least eight  hits in six consecutive  games.
