The biggest upset of the week belonged to Barlow, who took down 27th ranked Douglas, 14-12.
Gresham was able to crack the Top 25 in the state rankings this week after beating Centennial 34-28. The Gophers came in at 24 in the state poll after placing at number 28 last week.
Reynolds's offense was tough to stop this week, as it produced the league's top passer, rusher and receiver. JOSH SCHLEINING threw for 138 and one touchdown and CALEB CHAVEZ had 67 yards receiving. On the ground DEMONTRIAL SPINKS chipped in 74 yards. SPINKS helped Reynolds' passing attack out by catching eight balls for 55 yards.
Reynolds' offense has been unstoppable this season and the Raiders feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. SCHLEINING has thrown for 1353 yards and 16 touchdowns this season, while CHAVEZ has 33 catches for 488 yards. SPINKS leads the league in rushing with 477 yards.
The marquee game in the league this week will be the clash between Central Catholic and Gresham. The Rams enters the contest ranked fourth in the state, while the Gophers ranks 24th.
The top two defenses in the league will face off this season when Central Catholic takes on Gresham. Steve Pyne's team has allowed 86 points this season, while the Gophers have given up 85. The Rams allowed 14 points last week as they topped the Raiders.
Gresham extended the longest winning streak in the league this week by beating the Eagles, 34-28. This was the team's fifth consecutive win.
