The Windsor Warriors will be home for the holidays to greet the Newington Nor'easters at 6:45 p.m. on Friday.
Last Friday, Windsor came up short against Glastonbury and fell 53-41.
Meanwhile, Newington got the win against Middletown on Tuesday by a conclusive 56-36.
Newington can attribute much of their success to Bela Cucuta, who scored 25 points along with three steals. That makes it three consecutive games in which Cucuta has scored at least 25% of Newington's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Kendall Miller, who scored 15 points.
Windsor's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Newington, they pushed their record up to 2-1 with that win, which was their 11th straight at home dating back to last season.
