Brookstone extended their winning streak to three games thanks to a huge performance from Evangeline Gutierrez. The Cougars put the hurt on the Strong Rock Christian Patriots with a sharp 3-0 victory on Tuesday for which the team can thank Gutierrez, who had 32 assists and 13 digs. She is on a roll when it comes to assists, as she's now posted 15 or more in each of the last 16 games she's played.

Brookstone never let Strong Rock Christian on the board, but things got pretty close in the second set. The final score came out to 25-11, 27-25, 25-12.

Brookstone's win bumped their record up to 22-6. As for Strong Rock Christian, they have been struggling recently as they've lost 14 of their last 16 matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-20 record this season.
