Notre Dame Academy is headed in fresh off scoring the most runs they have all season. They put the hurt on Central Catholic with a sharp 19-7 victory on Monday. The win was nothing new for the Eagles as they're now sitting on three straight.
Kori Sensel spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered seven earned runs on 14 hits and racked up nine Ks.

On the hitting side, Camdyn Escobar was incredible, going 5-for-6 with four runs, two stolen bases, and five RBI. The dominant performance also gave her a new career-high in doubles (three). Another player making a difference was Payton Shively, who went 3-for-6 with three runs, three RBI, and two doubles.
Notre Dame Academy always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .686. That's the best OBP they've posted all season.
Meanwhile, after soaring to 17 runs the game before, Marian was a bit more limited in their matchup on Thursday. They lost 10-1 to University Liggett.
Marian saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Ellie Jansen, who went a perfect 1-for-1 with one RBI.
Marian dropped their record down to 2-5 with the loss, which was their fourth straight on the road. As for Notre Dame Academy, their victory bumped their record up to 6-7.
