Micheal Daniels Drops League-Best Performance on Friday
Starting off the list is Ozona's Micheal Daniels, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. Daniels made eight total tackles (1.0 for loss). The performance once again pushed his average receiving yardage north of 100 yards per game (102.9).

Reagan County Wins Third-Straight Thanks to Chris Johnson
Chris Johnson was instrumental in extending Reagan County's winning streak to three on Friday. Nobody could stop Johnson as he rushed for 94 yards and a touchdown on only ten carries. He also deserves a shoutout for his performance on D, making five total tackles and defending three passes.
For the season, Johnson has averaged 14 receiving yards per game. He's made a big improvement compared to last season: at this point last year, he was only averaging 2.75 receiving yards per game.

Hudson Fowler Delivers Best Performance of Season
Ozona was led to victory by Hudson Fowler, who turned in his biggest game of the season on Friday. Fowler threw for 243 yards and five touchdowns on only 18 passes, and also rushed for 44 yards. The performance marked the most rushing yards he has had since back in September of 2023. He is on a roll when it comes to passing touchdowns, as he's now passed for three or more in the last four games he's played.
This season, Fowler has thrown 24 touchdowns while averaging 207.1 passing yards per game.
