On Tuesday, the Rio Lindo Adventist Spartans's game was all tied up 22-22 at the half, but luckily for them it didn't stay that way. They snuck past Credo with a 47-41 victory. The win made it back-to-back wins for Rio Lindo Adventist.
Rio Lindo Adventist found their leader in underclassman Jordan Campbell, who scored 14 points along with seven rebounds and seven steals. Those seven steals set a new season-high mark for Campbell. Kafili Thompson was another key contributor, scoring nine points along with five rebounds.
The victory got Rio Lindo Adventist back to even at 3-3. As for Credo, they bumped their record down to 5-7 with that loss, which was their sixth straight on the road dating back to last season.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Rio Lindo Adventist won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against Victory Christian Academy at 6:30 p.m. on December 13th. Credo will be home for the holidays to greet Elsie Allen at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
