Skyview has been on the road for two straight, but on Friday they'll finally head home. They will take on The Shelley Russets at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.
After some red-hot offensive attacks in their last five games, Skyview finally came back down to earth on Friday. They were outmatched by Bishop Kelly on the road and fell 36-7.
Skyview's defeat shouldn't obscure the performances of Mason Krahn, who picked up 107 receiving yards and a touchdown, and Cache Beus who threw for 176 yards and a touchdown.
Meanwhile, Shelley faced Skyline in a battle between two of the state's top teams. Shelley took a hard 30-13 fall against Skyline on Friday. Shelley has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Skyview's defeat dropped their record down to 6-3. As for Shelley, they now have a losing record at 4-5.
