Victoria East waltzed into their match on Tuesday with seven straight wins... but they left with eight. They were the clear victors by a 14-3 margin over the Fort Bend Kempner Cougars. Considering the Titans have won 17 contests by more than five runs this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

Bentley Blinka was a standout: he went a perfect 3-for-3 with one home run, three runs, and three RBI. That's the most runs he has posted since back in February. Another player making a difference was Kason Kolle, who went a perfect 1-for-1 with one home run, four RBI, and two runs.

Victoria East was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .480. That was just more of the same: they've now posted a batting average of .333 or higher in seven consecutive games.

Victoria East pushed their record up to 26-4 with the victory, which was their tenth straight on the road dating back to last season. The road wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 9.9 runs over those games. As for Fort Bend Kempner, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 7-17-1.

Victoria East will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Cougars: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
