York can bid farewell to their five-game losing streak thanks to their game on Thursday. They put the hurt on the Bruton Panthers with a sharp 16-1 victory. The Falcons' hitters stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most runs they've scored all season.

York's win bumped their record up to 6-10. As for Bruton, they dropped their record down to 4-14 with the defeat, which was their fifth straight at home.
