After three games on the road, Ridgeline is heading back home. They will take on the Lewis & Clark Tigers at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Ridgeline knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with flashy point totals in its past 19 contests -- so hopefully the Tigers like a good challenge.
Ridgeline pushed their score all the way to 59 on Friday, but even that wasn't enough to win. They were the victim of a tough 81-59 defeat at the hands of Mt. Spokane. Ridgeline has not had much luck with the Wildcats recently, as the team's come up short the last four times they've met.
Ridgeline's loss shouldn't obscure the performances of Caden Andreas, who scored 14 points along with six assists and three steals, and Easton Amend who scored 14 points along with five rebounds. Another player making a difference was Michael Perry, who scored eight points.
Meanwhile, Lewis & Clark scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Friday. They took down Central Valley 78-60. The win was familiar territory for Lewis & Clark who now have three in a row.
Ridgeline's loss dropped their record down to 13-6. As for Lewis & Clark, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five games, which provided a nice bump to their 12-7 record this season.
Ridgeline didn't have too much breathing room in their match against the Tigers when the teams last played back in February of 2023, but they still walked away with a 68-64 win. Does Ridgeline have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Tigers turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
