Gannon Logue was huge no matter where he played even without the win. He struck out eight batters over six innings while giving up five earned (and two unearned) runs off eight hits. He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than two walks in five consecutive appearances. He was also solid in the batter's box, getting on base in three of his four plate appearances with two runs. Hudson is 5-1 when Logue posts two or more runs, but 4-6 otherwise.
