Maurice Anderson and Co. Win 13th in a Row
Maurice Anderson was instrumental in extending Dutch Fork's winning streak to 13 on Friday. Anderson was excellent, rushing for 65 yards and five touchdowns on only eight carries. Thanks to that strong showing, he's now averaging 2.2 rushing touchdowns per game.
Dutch Fork's victory was their sixth straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 5-0. Anderson and Dutch Fork will take on White Knoll at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.

Aaron (Aj) Brand Jr.'s big game helped extend Irmo's winning streak to six on Friday. Brand Jr. was excellent, rushing for 125 yards and a touchdown on only 12 carries, while also throwing for 145 yards and a touchdown. He's now once again averaging 100+ rushing yards (102.5) per game.
Brand Jr. is probably looking forward to his next game, a home matchup against River Bluff on Friday. Back in September of 2023 (the last time Brand Jr. saw the Gators), he threw for 204 yards and four touchdowns while completing 73.3% of his passes, and also rushed for 52 yards and a touchdown.

On Friday, River Bluff got the W thanks in part to Hayden Myers playing the best football he has all season. Myers rushed for 187 yards and a touchdown, good enough to set a new career-high in rushing yards in the process. He was no stranger to the big play, taking off on a dash that went for 51 yards.
The victory for River Bluff keeps them at an undefeated 6-0. Myers and River Bluff will venture away from home to take on Irmo at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.

On Friday, Irmo got the W thanks in part to Jaiden Bryant playing the best football he has all season. Bryant wasn't messing around, picking up two sacks and making nine total tackles (4.0 for loss). The matchup was his fourth straight with seven or more total tackles dating back to last season.
