Their defense stepped up to hand the Chillicothe Cavaliers a 5-0 shutout. Marietta's defense has been rock solid lately; the team hasn't given up a goal in their last three contests.

Marietta's win bumped their record up to 9-6-3. As for Chillicothe, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-14-1.
