Meanwhile, it was a hard-fought contest, but Howardsville Christian had to settle for a 51-48 loss against the Titans on Friday. The result shouldn't come as a shock considering that's the fewest points Howardsville Christian has scored all season.
River Valley's defeat was their fifth straight at home dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 0-11. As for Howardsville Christian, their defeat dropped their record down to 9-5.
River Valley beat the Eagles 57-47 when the teams last played back in January of 2023. Will River Valley repeat their success, or do the Eagles have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
