Baseball Recap: Bay Path RVT Starts Season with Victory on the Road

Bay Path RVT had to travel to play their first game of the season, but the final result was worth the trip. They skirted past the Bartlett Indians 9-8. The Minutemen haven't had any issues with the Indians recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive win against them.

Jacob Jurado was incredible, going 1-for-2 with three stolen bases, two runs, and one triple. Another player making a difference was Hunter Davis, who scored two runs and stole a base while going 2-for-3.

Coming up, Bay Path RVT will face off against Advanced Math & Science Academy at 3:45 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Bartlett, they will square off against Leicester at 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday. The game will give Bartlett their first taste of in-conference action this season.
