The Normal West Wildcats will be playing at home against the Simeon Wolverines at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. Normal West has been dominant on offense recently, as they've racked up an incredible 284 points over their last six contests.
Normal West was not the first on the board last Friday, but they got there more often. They enjoyed a cozy 40-24 victory over Centennial. The victory was just what Normal West needed coming off of a 62-41 loss in their prior game.
Meanwhile, after a string of four wins, Simeon's good fortune finally ran out on Saturday. They fell 16-8 to Morgan Park. The game was a 8-8 toss-up at halftime, but Simeon couldn't answer the 8 points Morgan Park scored afterwards.
Normal West has been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six games, which provided a nice bump to their 7-2 record this season. As for Simeon, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-4.
