After having lost a blowout in their previous game against West Feliciana, Plaquemine was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They blew past the McKinley Panthers, posting a 46-15 victory. The Green Devils have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won eight contests by 23 points or more this season.

Plaquemine's win bumped their record up to 11-14. As for McKinley, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-10.

Looking ahead, Plaquemine is taking a road trip to face off against St. Michael at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. St. Michael will roll in looking for their seventh straight victory, something Plaquemine surely won't give up without a fight. As for McKinley, they will welcome Belaire at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. McKinley is facing Belaire at the right time seeing as Belaire is stuck on a nine-game losing streak.
