In an exciting match in which no team claimed back-to-back wins, Lake Area HomeSchool Sports sadly wound up on the wrong side. After all that action, the final score was 25-20, 20-25, 25-18, 11-25, 15-8.
Leading Acadiana Home School Athletics to victory were Mikayla Barletto and Mia Barletto. Mikayla had 18 kills, four digs, and three aces, while Mia had eight aces, five kills, and 11 assists. Mikayla has been hot recently, having posted three or more aces the last eight times she's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Charlie Denais, who had two aces and a block.
