After soaring to 36 points the game before, Lyman faltered in their matchup on Friday. They were given a punishing 8-44 loss at the hands of Rapid City Christian. Lyman were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Rapid City Christian apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat from the last time the teams met up.
The defeat dropped Lyman's record to 3-4. The victory bumped Rapid City Christian's record up to 1-6.
Next week Lyman take on Kimball/White Lake at 7:00 PM. Kimball/White Lake enter the match touting a three-game streak of increasing point totals. As for Rapid City Christian, they will face off against Jones County/White River. Keep an eye on the score for this one: those two teams put up some lofty point totals in their previous games, so things might heat up even more when they meet up.
