There's no place like home for the Alta Vista Charter Lobos, who bounced back after a tough loss on the road last Thursday. They simply couldn't be stopped on Wednesday as they easily beat Western SciTech 48-15 at home.
Among those leading the charge was Juan Coronado, who scored 23 points. That makes it two consecutive games in which he has scored at least 25% of Alta Vista Charter's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Frankie Chavez, who scored 11 points.
Alta Vista Charter now has a winning record of 2-1. As for Western SciTech, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-3.
Alta Vista Charter will look to defend their home court on Wednesday against South Ridge at 6:00 p.m. As for Western SciTech, they will head out on the road to face off against Premier at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
