Make it ten blowout wins for the Deltona Wolves this season. They blew past Pine Ridge, posting a 56-18 win on the road. The victory was just what Deltona needed coming off of a 63-21 defeat in their prior match.
It was another big night for Iniya Reddicks, who almost dropped a double-double on 24 points and nine steals. She is on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed two or more in the last 19 games she's played. Another player making a difference was Shenell White, who almost dropped a double-double on ten points and nine rebounds.
Pine Ridge's defeat shouldn't obscure the performances of Kaylee Roman, who scored six points along with six rebounds and six steals, and Serenity Cressor who dropped a double-double on ten points and 14 rebounds. Roman hasn't dropped below three steals for seven straight games.
Deltona's victory bumped their record up to 14-6. As for Pine Ridge, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost four of their last five games, which put a noticeable dent in their 6-14 record this season.
Deltona will be playing at home against the Commanders at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. ED White will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps Florida Rankings (they are ranked 261st, while the Wolves are ranked 113th). As for Pine Ridge, they will square off against the Wolves at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
