St. Edward's got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Nate Sparkman out in front who scored 19 points. The contest was Sparkman's seventh in a row with at least ten points. Gary Anderson was another key contributor, scoring 14 points.
Synergy Magnet K12's defeat was their third straight on the road, which bumped their record down to 5-5. As for St. Edward's, their victory bumped their record up to 4-6.
