The West Florence Knights pushed their score all the way to 63 on Tuesday, but even that wasn't enough to win. They received a tough blow as they fell 77-63 to South Florence. West Florence has not had much luck with South Florence recently, as the team's come up short the last three times they've met.
Jamarie Brown was his usual excellent self, scoring 22 points along with eight rebounds and five assists for South Florence. It was the first time this season that Brown pulled down eight or more rebounds. Sy'Ree Livingston was another key contributor, scoring 14 points along with six rebounds and four steals.
West Florence dropped their record down to 7-17 with that defeat, which was their tenth straight on the road dating back to last season. As for South Florence, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last nine games, which provided a massive bump to their 16-10 record this season.
West Florence does not have any more games scheduled as of now. South Florence also has no future games currently scheduled.
