Even though they lost, John Paul II Catholic were working as a unit and finished the game with 11 assists. That's the most assists they've managed all season.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead North Raleigh Christian Academy to victory, but perhaps none more so than Brennen Jefferson, who scored 19 points along with three steals. Cody Dickerson was another key contributor, scoring 21 points along with five rebounds.
John Paul II Catholic's defeat dropped their record down to 1-4. As for North Raleigh Christian Academy, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four games, which provided a nice bump to their 5-3 record this season.
