Two weeks ago wasn't at all kind to Laurel-Concord-Coleridge, but their most recent match may have softened the blow. They got past Winnebago with less than a touchdown to spare, ending up at 40-34.
The win got Laurel-Concord-Coleridge back to even at 1-1. The loss dropped Winnebago's record to 1-2.
Laurel-Concord-Coleridge will look to defend their home turf next week against Osmond at 7:00 PM. Winnebago will have some time to rest before their next game, which is against Homer in two weeks at 7:00 PM.
