The Frazier Commodores lost against the Fort Cherry Rangers on January 2nd, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. Frazier had to suffer through a rough 71-43 loss at the hands of Fort Cherry. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss Frazier has suffered against Fort Cherry since January 31, 2017.
Despite the loss, Frazier still got an impressive performance from Brock Alekson, who dropped a double-double on 12 points and 13 rebounds. Alekson hasn't dropped below two blocks for three straight games. Another player making a difference was Aidan Hardy, who scored five points.
Frazier has been struggling recently, as they've lost four of their last five matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 9-9 record this season. As for Fort Cherry, the win (which was their seventh in a row) raised their record to 13-4.
Coincidentally, the pair will both be playing Chartiers-Houston the next time they take the court. Frazier will host Chartiers-Houston at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, while Fort Cherry will head out to face them at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
