Lincoln-Way North's Julian Hylton rumbled for the longest rushing play in Southwest Suburban - Red this season in his game against Bradley-Bourbonnais last week. Hylton's team bested the Boilermakers as he sprinted for 70 yards on the play and finished with 258 in all.
Adding to the longest winning streak in the league this week, Lincoln-Way West beat Thornton 35-20. The win marks seventh in a row for the the Warriors.
Lincoln-Way North's offense was unstoppable this week, as it produced the league's top passer, rusher and receiver. Ryan Arthur threw for 170 and 1 touchdown and Jake Hradek had 94 yards receiving. On the ground Hylton chipped in 258 yards. Kyle Ostrowski helped Lincoln-Way North's passing attack out by catching 1 ball for 37 yards.
Jake Abramowicz was a key player and the best on defense this week as George Czart's team bested Bradley-Bourbonnais. The 5-foot-10 junior grabbed 2 interceptions.
Hylton was a force in the backfield as the Phoenix beat Mike Kohl's team.
