Hannah Gilbert turned in yet another pitching appearance with more than eight strikeouts on Wednesday. She struck out 13 batters over seven innings while giving up just two earned runs off three hits (and only one walk). Considering she played a big game the last time she faced off against Hopkins Academy back in April of 2024, the result shouldn't come as too huge a shock.

Gilbert and Franklin County Tech will square off against Frontier Regional at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday.
