In what's become a running theme this season, the Regis Groff Fusion gave their fans yet another huge  win on Friday. They really took it to Far Northeast W for the full four quarters, racking up a  69-38 victory at home. The  win was some much needed relief for Regis Groff as it spelled an end to their three-game losing streak.
 Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Regis Groff to victory, but perhaps none more so than   Mckiya Johnson, who  shot 4-for-8  from beyond the arc and  dropped  a double-double on 17 points and 12  rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of  Madina Ibrahim, who  scored 21 points along with five  rebounds and five  steals.
 Far Northeast W's loss  came despite strong showings from  Yaretzi Barraza and  Ashley Rodriquez.  Barraza  scored eight points, while  Rodriquez  scored six points along with three  steals. Rodriquez is crushing the  steal category: she's  posted at least two every time she's  taken the court this season. Another player making a difference was  Brittany Ortiz, who  scored six points.
 The  win  got Regis Groff back to even at 11-11. As for Far Northeast W, they have  not been sharp recently as the team has  lost six of their last seven matches,  which put a noticeable dent in their 8-15 record  this season.
 Regis Groff does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Far Northeast W also has no future games currently scheduled.
