The Beach Bulldogs won the last time they faced the Savannah Country Day Hornets, and things went their way on Tuesday too. Beach walked away with a 42-31 win over Savannah Country Day.
James Tisby was his usual excellent self, dropping a double-double on 21 points and ten rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points he has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of Brandon Castelow, who scored nine points along with five rebounds and two blocks.
Beach's victory bumped their record up to 6-10. As for Savannah Country Day, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 5-10.
Beach will be playing at home against Calvary Day at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Calvary Day is coming into the game hot, having won their last three games. As for Savannah Country Day, they will head out on the road to take on Liberty County at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Liberty County presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than Savannah Country Day in Georgia (Liberty County is ranked 117th, while Savannah Country Day is ranked 257th).
