Dock Mennonite is 0-10 against Bristol since April of 2018 but things could change on Thursday. The Pioneers will host the Warriors at 3:45 p.m. Both squads will be entering this one on the heels of a big victory.
Dock Mennonite's pitching crew heads into the match hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed two weeks ago. They were the clear victors by a 16-0 margin over Collegium Charter. The win was nothing new for the Pioneers as they're now sitting on three straight.

Aubrey Gahman made a splash no matter where she played. She didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only one hit while striking out nine over four innings pitched. She has been consistent recently: she hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts any time she's pitched this season. She was also big at the plate, going 1-for-4 with two RBI, one run, and one double. That double was her first of the season.
In other batting news, Addison Landis was a standout: she went a perfect 3-for-3 with three RBI, two runs, and one double. Dana Delamater was another key player, going 2-for-3 with two runs, one stolen base, and one double.
Dock Mennonite was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .500. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Collegium Charter only posted a batting average of .077.
Meanwhile, Bristol got the win against The Christian Academy on Tuesday by a conclusive 20-0. The Warriors haven't had any issues with The Christian Academy recently, as the game was their eighth consecutive victory against them.
Bristol got a massive performance out of Luciana Snyder, who went a perfect 3-for-3 with one home run, six RBI, and three runs. That's the most RBI Snyder has posted since back in May of 2024. The team also got some help courtesy of Peyton McClain, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with one home run, three runs, and four RBI.
Bristol pushed their record up to 7-1 with the win, which was their eighth straight at home dating back to last season. Those home victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.3 runs on average this season. As for Dock Mennonite, their win bumped their record up to 3-1.
Both Dock Mennonite and Bristol just can't seem to miss. The Pioneers have been making plenty of contact this season, having averaged 9.2 hits per game. However, it's not like Bristol struggles in that department as they've been averaging only 1.9 hits. With both teams so capable at the plate, fans should be ready for an impressive hitting performance.
Dock Mennonite might still be hurting after the 19-9 loss they got from Bristol in their previous meeting back in April of 2024. Will the Pioneers have more luck at home instead of on the road? Check back here after the action for a full breakdown and analysis of the contest.
