Bogue Chitto had won two straight home games and Jayden Poole did his part to make it three on Friday. The Bobcats claimed a resounding 46-10 victory over the West Lincoln Bears with plenty of help from Poole, who rushed for 180 yards and four TDs on only eight carries, and also picked up 38 receiving yards and one score. Thanks to that big game, he is now up to 19 rushing touchdowns on the season.

Bogue Chitto didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of Manny Connerly and Tripp McDowell. Connerly has been hot recently, having posted at least one interception the last three times he's played.

Bogue Chitto's win bumped their record up to 6-3. As for West Lincoln, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-8.
