Galena extended the longest winning streak in I Northern - Sierra this week by beating Damonte Ranch, 32-7. The victory was the fifth in a row for the Grizzlies.
Galena took down the Mustangs 32-7 last week, the largest margin of any game.
Douglas's Michael Nolting and Dustan Fisher have formed a dynamic duo this season, leading the league in both passing and receiving yards. Nolting has thrown for 2003 yards this season, while Fisher, a 6-foot-2 receiver, has 59 catches for 1079 yards. Drew Smith from Damonte Ranch leads the league in rushing with 1283 yards.
A big matchup in the league this week will be when the Tigers take on Carson. At the moment, Douglas is in fifth, while the Senators are in third.
The Grizzlies led I Northern - Sierra in scoring this week after putting up 32 points on Shawn Dupris' team.
