The Parsippany Redhawks will take on the North Warren Regional Patriots at 6:00  p.m.  on Monday. Parsippany is no doubt hoping to put an end to  a seven-game streak of away losses dating back to last season.
 Having struggled with 13  losses in a row dating back to last season, Parsippany finally turned things around against Hopatcong  last Friday. They claimed a resounding  34-6 victory over the Chiefs. Considering the Redhawks' offense had been struggling lately, the high-scoring outing was a much-needed turnaround.
 Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Parsippany to victory, but perhaps none more so than   Joseph Fucci, who rushed for 102 yards and a touchdown on only seven carries. Fucci didn't just play on offense: he also made two total tackles (1.0 for loss) and defended a pass. Another player making a difference was  Omar Amin, who gained 99 total yards and a touchdown.
 Parsippany didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of  Matthew Parker and  Wyatt Adams.
 Meanwhile, North Warren Regional was not able to break out of their rough patch  last Friday as the team picked up their sixth straight  defeat. They lost  40-20 to Kinnelon.
 Parsippany's first  win this season bumped their record up to 1-7. As for North Warren Regional, their loss dropped their record down to an identical 1-7.
 Things could have been worse for Parsippany, but things could have been a whole lot better as they took  a  28-14 loss to North Warren Regional when the teams last played  back in September of 2023. Can Parsippany avenge their  defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
