After four games on the road, Upson-Lee is heading back home. They will take on the Locust Grove Wildcats at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Both teams come into the game bolstered by wins in their previous matches.
In what's become a running theme this season, Upson-Lee gave their fans yet another huge win on Saturday. They never let Griffin onto the board and left with a 3-0 victory. Give Upson-Lee's defense some credit: that's the team's third straight shutout.
They hit Griffin with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from

Krissa Lewis, and
Georgia-Gale Hammock.
Meanwhile, after failing to score in their last match, Locust Grove made sure to put some goals up on the board against Heritage on Friday. They walked away with a 4-2 victory over the Patriots. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Locust Grove.
Upson-Lee's victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 3-1. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored ten goals over those three matches. As for Locust Grove, their victory bumped their record up to 2-0.
Upson-Lee came out on top in a nail-biter against Locust Grove in their previous meeting back in February of 2023, sneaking past 2-1. Does Upson-Lee have another victory up their sleeve, or will Locust Grove turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
