Despite the loss, Parkview Christian saw an underclassman step up: Tairren Scott scored seven points along with two steals. Guilherme De-Lima was another key contributor, scoring five points along with two steals.
Parkview Christian has been struggling recently, as they've lost three of their last four contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 8-4 record this season. As for Freeman, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 9-3.
Parkview Christian will head out on the road to face off against Elmwood-Murdock at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are ranked near one another in Nebraska (Elmwood-Murdock is ranked 140th, while Parkview Christian is ranked 120th). As for Freeman, they will be playing at home against Malcolm on Tuesday. Malcolm is looking to tack on another W to their three-game streak on the road.
