SouthLake Christian Academy extended their losing streak  to three  on Friday, dropping them down to 2-6. They took a  blow against the Hickory Grove Christian Lions, falling  41-12. The Eagles were not able to make up for their  defeat to the Lions from their previous meeting  back in September of 2024.

 Looking ahead, SouthLake Christian Academy will face off against Asheville School (Independent) at 7:00  p.m.  on Friday. That  game will pit two of the most dominant  backs against one another:  Gwyn and  Marvyn Larozar. As for Hickory Grove Christian, they will take on High Point Christian Academy at 7:00  p.m.  on Friday. The two teams have allowed few  points on average (the Lions 14.3, the Cougars 12.2) so any  points scored will be well earned.
