Grant Park posted their closest  victory since August 26th on Tuesday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Grace Christian Academy Crusaders, sneaking past  2-1. The Dragons haven't had any issues with the Crusaders recently, as the game was their third consecutive  win against them.
 Grant Park had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next two. The final score came out to 22-25, 25-16,  25-22.
 Taylor Panozzo paced Grant Park's offense, picking up 13 kills. Panozzo got some help from  Emily Voight and her 11 assists.  Abby Garcia controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.
Grant Park's  victory was their first in the conference, bumping their conference record up to 1-3 and their overall record up to 6-10. As for Grace Christian Academy,  with the  loss, they broke their four-game winning streak and moved their record to 4-7.
