There's no place like home for Teays Valley, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Tuesday. They put the hurt on the Lincoln Lions with a sharp 12-5 victory on Wednesday. The Vikings might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 13 matchups by six runs or more this season.

Teays Valley pushed their record up to 20-4 with the win, which was their tenth straight at home dating back to last season. Those home victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.3 runs on average over those games. As for Lincoln, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 15-9 record this season.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Teays Valley will take on Olentangy Liberty at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Lincoln, they will challenge Johnstown-Monroe at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Johnnies will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something the Lions surely won't give up without a fight.
